This little project takes less than an hour. And it's so fun and addicting, you may want to make several at a time! Materials: white synthetic felt, sewing machine, 2 shades of blue thread, background fabric, crinoline, heat gun, embroidery hoop, glue stick, respirator mask with organic vapor filters, card stock or frame.
